Bethany is currently a Federal Law Enforcement Agent, where her primary responsibilities are instruction, threat mitigation, and safety awareness. Additionally, she leads several collateral duties, some of which include the identification and recovery of digital forensics, a physical fitness advisor, an aircraft load planner with rapid deployment functions, as well as a government flight attendant, with training and knowledge of water rescue and Med-Aire capabilities. She holds a 2+ in reading and a 2 in listening on both the French and Spanish Defense Language Proficiency Tests and has a master's degree in International Relations.

Previously Bethany worked for the U.S. Department of State in Baghdad Iraq for three years. There she managed the logistics of the largest Department of State material footprint outside of the United States, worth over 400 million dollars, in conjunction with the Congressional mandate Glidepath. Prior to living in Iraq, she provided executive assistance to female members of a Middle Eastern royal family. Bethany has spent approximately nine years living and working overseas both with the government and the private sector. She is a former Captain in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in the United Kingdom for several years. While there she also deployed to Iraq as Chief of Protocol of Sather Air Base. While on deployment, she managed visits from numerous heads of states, dignitaries, Congressional delegations, military and political leaders as well as civilian VIPs. After she left the military she moved to West Africa to provide medical care to women through an indigenous non profit.

Bethany holds certifications in the following categories: PADI scuba diving, Accelerated Free Fall Skydiving, U.S. Sailing Association Basic Cruising, Basic Keelboat and Bareboat Cruising. She is also accredited as a promoter for an outdoor clothing company which advocates for wellness and sustainability.
